There’s no better way to understand your heating and air conditioning system than to watch as I work. You don’t have to watch the entire time. However, at the very least, stick around through the initial assessment.

There also no better way build trust. Whether the news about your system is good or bad, seeing is believing. And since I tend to think out loud, hearing is believing too. I want you to see and hear the diagnosis.

If you don’t understand what you’re seeing, feel free to ask lots of questions. You don’t need medical training to understand your doctor. Neither do you need mechanical training to understand me.
